Shipping policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

All deliveries must be signed for except for items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox. Please retain your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

DELIVERY AND COURIER Please note that parcels may need to be signed for upon delivery.

If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier may retain the parcel at a local depot for collection or re-delivery. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional re-delivery charges may apply. If possible, we recommend using a delivery address where somebody will be available to accept the parcel.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are dependent on the weight of the purchased items and selected delivery service. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–5 working days.

REMOTE AREA SURCHARGES Certain postcode areas (AB, BT, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, IM, TR) are classed as remote or extended delivery zones. Additional surcharges apply to these areas and will be displayed at checkout. For Bo Staff orders to these postcodes, a fixed surcharge of £60.00 applies due to the size and weight of the item.

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
